How do folks anchor a 320?

Ok, let me be a bit more precise - how do folks secure the anchor line 
to the boat?  Over the roller and to the cleat in the anchor locker?  Or 
lift it off the roller, and lead it outside the pulpit to one of the bow 
cleats?

3 months to launching.  So much to do, so little time.
