[C320-list] draft for fin keel

When they measured Orland's boat and were able to see how much rum he had
they figured that was a typical so they added 3 inches to the draft.  His
boat is at a slip near the Catalina factory store.

My understanding is that the early 320's had about a 6' draft and it was
later (early on)  changed to 6-3. Does anybody know when  this occured and
why ?
