[C320-list] cunningham

It actually tensions the luff of the sail. There's a
cringle just above the tack. Indeed it depowers the
sail. It is used extensively on smaller boats like a
Colgate 26. 

I was just curious if it was just my boat that did not
come rigged with one, perhaps because I had a dual
reef setup, but it seems that Catalina did not find
this important enough to make it a standard part of
the running rigging of any 320.

Thanks for everyone that answered! I will probably try
to use my second reef, which is inoperable anyway
because of a stuck block in my boom.
