[C320-list] Dropping Rudder

Jeff,

I have a little under 500 hrs. My cutlass bearing was only worn in the
vertical direction and I know that the alignment was good. I have a theory
that maybe it was caused by worn motor mounts. I am assuming that as they
wear they allow the more vertical movement of the engine. Someone on the
list indicated that the engine mounts should be replaced after five years.
I am considering replacing mine this year. Thanks.
