[C320-list] Decals

Since we all probably dock/moor differently, the locations will probably
vary; I have a starboard side finger pier, and I dock bow in first, and
board from starboard, so I would use a starboard window, but if I had a port
side pier, or boarded from the stern, no one would ever see it in that
location!
