[C320-list] Throttle Lever Slipping

Locktite blue will hold a thread from loosening but if you use 
Locktite red it will take heat to ever get it loose. DON'T USE RED 
UNLESS IT IS FOREVER. The instructions say to use a Locktite prep but 
carburetor cleaner will do what you need, remove oils.
