[C320-list] Companion way hatch noise

Call Frank Butler. Don't take any more crap off of
your dealer.

The step is absolutelu unacceptable and the fix is too
easy to be arguing about. The chips should be repaired
and could have been in less time than than it takes to
write up the work order.

No boat is delivered to the dealer in perfect
condition, I repeat none and it doesn't matter who the
builder is. It is the dealer's responsibility to do
the fine tuning required to satisfy the customer.

You will get satisfaction from Frank if you are polite
and clearly explain your problems. He is a bit
brusque, but absolutely dedicated to delivering a
quality product. Do not email him, call.
