[C320-list] Yanmar 3GM30F oil capacity

The Yanmar 3GM30F takes 2 quarts with another half quart for the oil filter.
I use two ½ quarts to change my oil.

I want to change the oil before a 2 week minicruise Friday start but
don't know how much my 2002 engine holds.  The manual says 15W40 but
doesn't show capacity.  Anybody know?  Thanks.
