[C320-list] Dutchman system

The problem with not adjusting the tensioning block is that when you tighten the vang you can pull out the aft most monofilament causing slack when boom vang tension is released.  Therefore at other times  you would always have to adjust boom vang tension to keep the aft most Dutchman line tense when lowering the mainsail.
