Use weed wacker line (I used that for five years) and mark the blocks on
the topping lift with a marking pen so if they move you know how to
reset them.

Call Dutchman and order the line and all you need is a philips 
screwdriver. Hint if you just lower the toping lift and don't move 
the blocks it is simple but if you are not paying attention and move 
the adjustment and one of the blocks you will have to do it several 
times to get it right.
