[C320-list] Adam and rude words

Adam, yes absolutely you can block out certain senders. I long ago set up a
"rule" that any emails which contain certain words go straight into my
deleted items box. Spams emails used to be about viagra but they are savvy
and realise we know how to keep these emails out. I block all variations on
the word with all their various hyphens and dashes.

If I wanted to (which of course I don't) I could set up a rule that any
email containing the word "Adam" would be deleted from my In Box. In fact,
I wouldn't use the word "Adam" because I might have a potential customer
called Adam so it would be more sensible to block emails from
"esquirecatering". But this I would never do as I love Adam's emails. If
Adam were sneaky and wanted to circumvent anyone trying to block out his
emails he would give them titles like A-d.am. Anyone who uses Microsoft
Outlook and doesn't know how to do this, email me to ask (not about blocking
Adam of course!).

Okay, that's basically how mine is set up (but I had a computer literate
friend do it--I could never do it myself) but you indicated that you can set
it to screen out certain senders. For example, if someone didn't want to
read anything that I wrote, is there a way that can go into a spam or junk
file directly?
