[C320-list] Lifeline replacement

Where is this sold?  And my otherwise perfectly good fenders are 
starting to look pretty ratty.  I'm sure that this tends to not be great 
  for the hull when I use them.  What are the magic formulas for keeping 
fenders in good shape.  In my case UV degradation isn't much of an issue 
since the boat lives on a mooring with the fenders in a locker most of 
the time.
