It would be useful to have all owners on the roster, not just those that are members of the association. I know this would create more work for Jeff, but perhaps a notation might be made on the roster regarding membership status. I suggest we might want to know where all the boats are in order to encourage the creation of fleets, which might result in more IA memberships down the road.
