[C320-list] Don't buy a Catalina 470

Well, today a Catalina 470 left the marina right behind me.  Using its
furling main and electrical winches it hoisted its main and what looked
like a 155% before I had my main up.  It turned to a beam reached and
before we got our main and asymmetrical up it was nearly a mile ahead of
us.  With light winds (and Stan's asymmetrical) we walked by it in under
20 minutes.  As soon as we past it tacked and headed back to the marina.
