[C320-list] Burping PSS shaft seal

Dick,

No, but you have to take the flange and all the seal parts off of the shaft 
and then put everything back on. I've read that it can be done in the water, 
and I'd probably let a pro that I trust do it that way, but since I'm 
already hauled for the winter I'll just add it to my springtime to-do list.
