The tech article Jeff refers to was published in the August 2004 issue of the Catalina Mainsheet technical section. Wes may still have the file which could be uplaoded to the website.

There used to be a nicely written technical article on the website
describing this process, but sailnet wouldn't return the website
database when they stopped hosting our website.

Al Ahlman has a boat in the similar age range as yours (without the
little door under the nav station). He installed the valves under the
port settee down below the bilge pump.

original bizarre siting to underneath the galley sink describe exactly
where their new positioning is?
