Hi Koen,

Having  loosened off the cap and removed the
circlip, push the hose sharply into the fitting and
pull back on the "claw" fitting, which will then slide
back along the hose, enabling the fitting to be 
removed.

While on this subject, has anyone ever dismantled 
the tap
on the galley faucets to replace a washer?
