[C320-list] Plea for exercising when replying to the list

It may be just an inconvenience to those reading messages in the on-line forum; but, for those of us receiving the Digest, it can be very confusing to follow the messages when a reply includes the entire issue of a previous digest.  So, in consideration of you fellow captains, please make sure when replying that your e-mail does not automatically include the text of the entire original (Digest) message.
