Jeff,

I would second the Xantrex option...I replaced my ProMariner when I bought new batteries a couple of years ago on Dick's advice and haven't had to worry about it since. With the PM, I'm sure it was the cause of prematurely frying my original batteries and I didn't want this to happen to my AGM investment...I purchased the 20A, but if I had it to over again, I would go with the 40....
