The engine manual on the Perkins states in Section VIII, Service
Standards; 
Thermostat open temperature (degrees C) 75   (my interpellation of this
is 167F)
Thermostat full-open temperature (degrees C) 87  (my interpellation of
this is 189F)

In the Workshop Manual on page 4-17 it states:
Temperature when starting to open 80 to 84C  (my interpellation of this
is 178 to 183 F)
Temperature when fully open 95C (my interpellation of this is 203F)

We run at 190F
