[C320-list] Hot Water Tank

I've been down that road with both Wind Dancer our C320 and our previous
boat. A couple years ago I caught onto the idea of not leaving the pink
stuff in the system over the winter. Now, using a wet vac I suck ALL the
water out of the whole system (hot and cold). Don't forget the stern
shower. Then I dump a couple gal. of pink stuff into the water tank(s) and
reprime the system and also run ALL the water faucets. Lastly, I then suck
all the pink out.

On the hot water heater you have to vac out the water through the drain
valve on the tank as it's lower then the water system intake, at least on
our system it is.

This process might sound like allot of screwing around but it really is'ent
once you get the system down. I doubt that it takes me an hour start to
finish. I found a little 1.5 gal wet vac at ACE that works great and is
easy to handle for this job.

In spring I run a full tank of water through the whole system along with a
couple drops of bleach and we're ready to go.
