[C320-list] Overheating Problem

My 2002 320 has a Yanmar 3GM30F and the coolant temperature gauge reads 180
when motoring above 2000 RPMs. Your gauge sounds like it is reading low or
there is a thermostat problem. When I do the normal engine cool down (idle
for about 5-10 minutes) after motoring in at the slip, the coolant
temperature goes down to around 160. At that point I shut down the engine.
