Yes. We have both, but that is only because we bought the Tufted Topper first. The TT helped and is a well made product, but the memory foam made the real difference. We have the foam pad on top of the TT. I believe a top quality memory foam pad like novafoam is about half the cost of the TT.
BTW, the new 320s come with an innerspring mattress. I do know those are available from Catalinafor the more mature boats. I "tested" one and it's a little firm for my tush but a lot better than the cushions. I was told the price is about $500 per cabin, but I can't confirm that.
