It all depends on how tightly you wrap the Genoa.  There is NO one
answer to this question.  Just look at the sail and roll it until you
are happy with the size.  Alternatively, you can mark the foot and the
leach at about 120% and 100% (LP = 14.8' or 12.33') and roll to there.
