[C320-list] AFI table modifications

Hey Scott!

As requested, I cut you an extra set of teak from
Jeff's plans. Just the teak parts. They need easing on
the corners, sanding, finishing and hardware. I did
cut holes for the pedestal guard assuming 9.5" spread
and 1" diameter, but drilled no screw holes.
