The wind was 15 to 20 all the time with gusts of 25.  I played the ebb
current going out (which added for parts of the trip 1.5 knots) and
coming back we caught the beginning of the flood which was well over a
knot for most of the trip back.  

I have a picture somewhere of my GPS reading 11.9 knots (7.1 of boat
speed and the rest current.)

The boat easily goes hull speed in 15 knots of wind so it really isn't a
trick to go over 30 miles in 5 hours.

Ok lets do the math 32.2 miles divided by 5 hours equals 6.44 miles 
per hour. So where do you get that type of wind for 5 hours straight 
not including leaving and returning to the dock. Damn fast boat.
