Gary,
We have a one quarter share for sale in Isle of Wight, a 2001 Catalina 320
with all the goodies including a new backstay adjuster at $21,000. for the
quarter share.
We keep it at a private Marina on Sue Creek off Middle river in Essex, MD.
Its about a 10 minute ride from the I95 and I695 intersection North of
Baltimore.

If you might be interested in down sizing to a quarter share, and sail a
week a month with the boat available whenever it is docked call me.
Whenever the boat is available, our Baltimore partner races on Middle river
with their Wed evening regatta and is always looking for crew.

The 1/4 share annual cost per year is only around $850. and this includes
all the work on the boat being done by Cutter Marine in Essex where the boat
is stored on the hard.

For that matter if anyone knows of someone who might be interested, please
call me.

The quarter share has been offered in Spinsheet at $24,000, by the original
shareholder with little to no response. Our LLC shareholder agreement
required us to either sell the boat or buy to the selling partner.  Since we
wanted to keep the boat, that share is now being offered at $21,000.

If you run across anyone who wants to sail for a week a month with a bunch

We are considering E-Bay, and have not yet turned it over to a broker.

I need to sell my fractional ownership (1/2 share) in a 2000 C320.  I
would like to post it on some websites to advertise as I don't think
brokers and the like would handle the sale of a shared arrangement.  The
boat is kept at the Sailing Emporium in Rock Hall, MD.

I have already posted the boat on the Latitudes and Attitudes and
Renegade Cruisers websites and I'll also take out ads in the Mainsheet
(newspaper, not Catalina owners magazine) and Spinsheet.  Can anyone
recommend additional places I can post or advertise?

I have also posted the boat on the C320IA website, but it doesn't look
like there's a lot of traffic in the For Sale/Wanted Forum.  Mine was
the second post since March 2005 and there have been no replies to the
March 2005 post.

Thanks for any ideas you may have.
