[C320-list] Jack Lines - buy, make, attach

I agree, I have had the West Marine webbing for some
time and this is one of those things you hope to never
test so you can't compare until it is too late.  They
do have a lot of play and with a 6 foot tether you
could be six feet away from the boat.  If you single
hand you want them inside the shrouds so you go
forward over the cabin top.
