[C320-list] Jack Lines - buy, make, attach

I have spring cleats at the end of the genny tracks
and a pad eye in the cockpit.
I found it difficult to drag behind a sailboat at at
four knots when I was young and full of vinegar. Now
that I am just full of ,,, I'd prefer to minimize that
possibility.
