[C320-list] engine mounts

When I was at my local diesel shop last week , I noticed they were selling a 
new aftermarket Austrailian engine mount with bases made out of nylon. They 
claimed they were far superior to the original steel ones on my 94 320 as 
far as transmitting vibration. They are a little pricey at $110 a piece. 
Anybody had experience with these mounts or a similar non metal base  mount?
