[C320-list] Fortress anchor

I still have the FX11 from my c250.  I use it as a lunch hook on the 320
when I'm on board and above deck.  It's too small to trust I've pulled loose
twice in 15 to 20K of wind on a sandy bottom.  I loved it on my 250 and will
likely get a new properly sized one for the 320.  Old rusty works great but
its sooo heavy.

We used an FX-11 on our Catalina 28.  We have just purchased a Catalina 32, 
and have purchased a Fortress FX-16.  We have never had a problem with the 
Fortress, and find it really easy to handle.  We are still trying to 
determine the best way to store and deploy the FX-16.  We will be anchoring 
out for the first time on this boat in a few weeks.  We sail in Southwest 
Florida.  We'll let you know how it worked out.
