[C320-list] engine vent question

Yes, I also found I would need to remove the old base and reinstall the 
whole unit ... it would be great if anyone has an old cover they want to 
sell.  Otherwise, I am still curious if the dimensions of this new chrome 
cover will work without having to reglass the old holes or cause other 
unforeseen issues.
