[C320-list] Waste Through-Hull

I don't know how to lock the valve off.  Since I'm in a Zero Discharge
Zone (Lake Michigan), I disconnected my macerator, removed it from the
boat, and plugged the through hull.  That seems to keep the coasties
happy.
