[C320-list] Backstay Adjuster blocks

Bill,

I can't directly answer your question, but several years ago I spoke to the
Harken rep at Strictly Sail. He suggested that I spend 1/3 the price and use
#125 Big Bullet blocks instead of wire blocks. The blocks are joined with a
shackle and pulled down to one side with a 4:1 block and tackle system.
Other C320 owners have used more purchase than this, but I don't see why
that would be necessary. I've used this system for 3 or 4 years and the
blocks still ride freely and show very little wear.
