Doesn't sound too good with Kiwi "clunking" & vibration---you might consider returning and getting a Gori folding 3-blade prop---size 15x12xRH for current 320 model---everyone happy with Gori.

We just launched Boomerang this past weekend with the new Kiwi prop
installed. The yard messed up the threads on the bronze drive shaft so I
had to order and install a new steel shaft. They installed a new cutlass
bearing at the same time. The prop was easy to install.
Anyway we tested the Kiwi under power and under sail in very light air.
It managed 6.5 kts average in flat water at 2650 rpm. Topped out at
around 6.8 kts at 3100 rpm which is lower than the 3300rpm I used to get
with the old fixed 3 blade.
Under sail we did very well, 135 jib only in light air the boat felt so
smooth and did 3 kts effortlessly. I can't wait to get out again in some
decent winds.
The prop makes a fairly loud clunking sound when shifting from forward
to reverse and I need to power up the engine right away to avoid
vibration. It backs down very well, lots of thrust in reverse, just that
I need to shift at 1000 rpm or higher to avoid the vibrations.
So far so good, but I will get more experience over the next few weeks.

I'd be interested in getting the specs
on the prop from you. I'm also in Sydney and recently got a price for a
Sea Hawk from Melbourne. Your price for the Kiwi sounds good.
