Dick,
I installed Ocean Marine davits on mine and have a 10'6" dingy with a 5HP
weighing about 160 lbs total.  I have a 6 to 1 block on the stern and a 4 to
1 on the bow.  It works very well and easy to install.  Took me about 8
hours on mine then I installed one on a friends and it only took about 4
hours the second time.  It's very strong and I installed the two rail to
swim platform stainless rods for extra support since all my sailing is off
shore.  I had the dingy and motor on in a 40 knot storm with no problems.
If you want some pic let me know and I'll go down to the boat and take a
few.
