John - I think you may have been overcharged.  It appears that the "show
discount" may have been a bait and switch on the engine - they told you 325
hp International and then substituted a 35B Universal engine.  Check out

Actually since I placed my order at the boat show I got about a discount on
the options, the total price on the contract is:

Standard list price $144,756
Optional equipment with boat show discount $27,867
Commissioning $11,950
No trade discount -$4,000
Total $180,573
