[C320-list] Yanmar 3YM30 raw water leak

The Yanmar 3YM30 raw water hose to the heat exchanger on our new C320 #1084 
rubbed the single stainless steal hose clip thru! A fountain of water 
spurted all over the engine and filled the bilge.
Bilge pump failed due to building dust and construction rubbish clogging it!
The problem has been fixed with the engine cover partially dug out and 2 s/s 
hose clamps now in place.
Fellow 3YM30 owners beware.
