[C320-list] Sticky RPM cable

Once you start it, wait about 5 seconds and then just give it a small
goose....been like that since the boat was new, several mechanics looked
at it and told me to continue doing what I was doing..

Lately our RPM cable doesn't work when we first start up and then it
breaks
free after a while. Are there any particular places that I should  hit
with
WD40 or similar spray? Once it breaks free all is fine.    Mahalo John &
