[C320-list] Adding Value

All of this is interesting, but who will manage this year to year, is there
an overdue charge etc.?  We change leaders year to year.  It also seems that
some of the gear will be more useful on the East Coast when you have to
lower the mast every winter etc.

I think this is a tremendous idea.  I would have used the 
cutlass-bearing tool last year if one was available; I will use the Loos 
gauges if they are available.

Both of these are not cheap, and not something you need on a regular 
basis - I think that makes them good candidates.
