[C320-list] exhaust elbow question

Hi Bruce,

I hold the engine kill knob when starting after the engine has been sitting 
for a couple or more weeks unused.  I do run the engine full throttle before 
shutting it down.  On some of the bigger diesels they recommend running the 
oil circulation pump for a while before starting.
