Dave,
They didn't change any dimensions that would affect PHRF.   I do believe
they changed from a split back stay to a single one of center - can someone
confirm and they went to a ball and socket chain plate that is supposed to
be really low maintenance.

All the talk about the splash guard is well and good, but what about
important stuff like hull and rig?  Or did they just leave those as is?

- by the way we finally got our rating raised to 141 (was 135 !!!) for the
2006 season,  and we are beating some good boats and skippers at that
rating.  Go Figure!
