Frankly -- I'm not so sure that the changes are indeed improvements: 
i.e., the fridge that opens to the front means that the cold air will 
jsut flow out. In the present design the cold air stays inside the 
fridge, the splash guard appears to me to be a joke -- especially as 
there is open space between the table and the guard.
