[C320-list] New Splash guard

Sorry, Pat, but the LMPHRF base rating for a C-36 Tall Rig is 135 while
the standard rig is 141. LMPHRF doesn't care if you have a fin keel or
not, but only if you have a tall or a short rig. The only credits they
give you are for your propeller, and that is 3 sec / mile for a 2 blade
fixed prop and 6 sec / mile for a 3 (or more) blade fixed prop.

The C-320 rates at 156 sec / mile with the same credits for your prop
selection.

Just this past year, they started to give a Roller furler credit of a
few seconds / mile, but the restrictions they imposed made this credit
not worth pursuing (only for the headsail, and you couldn't change the
sail throughout the year)

All-in all, LMPHRF doesn't seem to care about us low tech sailors.

To confirm the above, go to www.lmphrf.org, click on look up a rating,
and type "Catalina" in the class of boat. All Catalinas that have a
LMPHRF certificate will be shown. To confirm the rules, click on
Regulations.

Alchemist #909 (LMPHRF = 156)
