[C320-list] Steering Pedestal/binnacle

In the message where I discussed maintenance to the steering assembly and the changes to the cover in the aft cabin, I don't think that I mentioned that I found the thru-bolts for the pedestal were loose.  The pedestal takes a lot of stress, at least on our boat, as I use it as a hand-hold when climbing around the cockpit.  I have not added to my Spring commissioning list to remove the cover, check play in steering cables, oil cables and sheeves, and tighten the pedistal bolts.  Takes all of about 20 min.
