[C320-list] Alternator upgrade

For folks who have upgraded the alternator/regulator on a Yanmar, what 
did you select and why?

Jack Rabbit recommends a 100-amp Balmar-6 series alternator + Balmar 
ARS5 regulator.  Probably a reasonable fit, but I'm curious to know if 
others have decided there is a 'better' answer.
