[C320-list] no forward or reverse

The throttle linkage is fine.  The engine revs up just fine in  neutral.  
When the transmission is engaged in either forward or reverse and  the throttle 
is advanced, the engine seems the strain,but no power us  transferred to the 
prop.  I haven't yet been on the boat with someone so I  can actually see what's 
happening down below when the transmission is  engaged.
