[C320-list] Changing Racor Filter

Al, I think the plastic slotted cap you are calling a fuel shutoff is a ball & spring check valve on the fuel inlet.  Are you turning this to the right?  Perhaps you are increasing the pressure on the ball and it is acting as a block.  I don't think this was intended as a shutoff.  However, what works, works.
