 Also, we put a 10lb block of ice in the bottom of the fridge under the freezer to act as a heat sink.  We place frozen thing that we want to soon use on the block.  We have been out for days in 90+ heat and removed a nearly 10lb block at the end.  In fact, last time we took it home and will use it again.
