[C320-list] Reducing engine noise and vibration

Bob,

I recently spoke to Doug on Second Chance. He said that you had done several 
things to reduce engine noise and vibration. I'd be interested to know what 
you've done. I've already installed 1" sound insulation, and I am 
considering new motor mounts and a drive saver. I ended up having 
unfavorable winds on the way to and from Door County this summer and had to 
motor almost all of the way. After that experience, I'd really appreciate 
knowing if there is anything that I can do to further isolate the engine.
